On the posts on a ticket are Cc and Bcc recipients I sent posts to , .Is this log maintained somewhere. i.e FOr that post to which recipient I CCed to FOr the next post to which recipient I Cced to . Basically like Audit log. I looked at the database tables and I couldnt find it.Please help Regards, Vineeth |
