| CC/BCCing users allready associated with tickets produce error -

Its very common for a user to CC/BCC someone that is allready on the ticket and when they hit submit its kicks outs a sql error
Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO `swticketemails` (`email`) VALUES ('hello@company.com'); (Duplicate entry 'hello@company.com' for key 2)
The reply still works properly but since it tossed a error people think it didn't and they will hit the back button and do it 3 or 4 more times before calling about issues they are having with the ticketing system and in the meantime you have a number of duplicate emails and ticket posts.. It doesn't look very professional to the customers seeing the message pop up then a pile of emails from what they were doing. |
