Change the logo in eSupport

Hello all,

Hopefully someone can help me with what appears to be a simple question:

I want to replace the "eSupport" logo on the customer portal with my companies logo. I have purchased the option to do so, and have Kayako hosting. I know what file to replace, now I just need to know how to do it! Will I be using an FTP client? If so, how do I find out the login info, ie username, password, address, etc.?

Obviously I have asked Kayako this question, but I think we're all aware of how they "support" their customers (warning here to anyone who is thinking of purchasing...DONT COUNT ON WORTHWHILE SUPPORT FROM KAYAKO!)

Yes can replace logo, look up in search.

Jen, thank you but I know all of the information that I found doing that search. Searching the KB was my first move. If you read my question, you'll notice that my question was specific to the following:

first, go to your supportsuite customers front end....where you see kayako´s logo, click right button, and you will see the logo root, then you have to replace this.....

You have to ask this to your hosting.

That doesn't mean telling you to search, I only replied your replace logo question.

Rename your companylogo.gif as esupport.gif, and upload it to the following folder:

themes/client_default/esupport.gif

Just overwrite the existing esupport.gif !!!

I think what he is getting at is he is using the Kayako hosting. Therefore he is trying to figure out how to get to the ftp account on the kayako hosting site. Therefore the real question he is looking for the answer is:

On the Kayako servers, what is my username/password for the FTP account to manage the files.

Kayako does not provide FTP access incase of hosted solutions. You will have to save the replaced images on your own server and point the image source in the templates to the saved location. Hope this helps
