I cannot believe that noone knows about that.
It seems we're asking for a really super custom function.

We would like to have ONLY that if we add some other contents to a subject, these contents are NOT reset up by the parsing system but are mantained. THis is the only way for us to communicate with other systems.

Is it possible that this software so fully of features doesn't give us the possibility to customize the subject or also simple to mantain a changed subject in the further tickets?

I cannot think noone has encountered the need for that.

COuld you answer me please?

I do not think this is possible at the moment although a confirmation from a Kayako developer would be better.
