| Change text display of "Priority" to 'Severity" -

Hi,
My company uses a bug tracking system (legacy system, separate from eSupport, no chance of using eSupport for both) wherein we use the categorization 'Severity" where in eSupport we have "Priority".
To keep everyone speaking the same language interanally, I thought I could change "Priority" via Admin/Languages/Serach Phrases and simply replace "Priority" with Severity. This works for the client side, but "Priority" still appears on all Staff pages. Am I missing something? I'm not a coder, but it doesn't appear the text for the staff side is set in the templates (I only found variables pulling values)
Any ideas on how to get the staff side to reflect "Severity" where it currently says "Priority"?

Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
