Change Ticket Properties Doesnt Work - 12-01-2008, 08:43 PM

Hi,

We just upgraded from essuport 3.04.10 to 3.11.01.
Using PHP 5.2.1 and ZendOptimized 3.2.2

We enabled the 'Can Change Ticket Properties' option, but it is not working.
I tried opening a new ticket, and then View my ticket, but I dont see any option to change priority or to close it.

Any ideas?

Its a long shot but did you try clearing the /cache/ dir? It may cache the template in there.

Just tried it, but it didnt work.
Any other thoughts?

I'm attaching the screen of when I view the tkt.
Where should the option to change status and priority be?

It seems you haven't restored the templates after you upgraded the software. You need to revert all templates marked in red under:
Admin CP > Templates > Diagnostics > List Modified Templates
