Changing autoresponse to HTML

We would like to change the autoresponse for tickets to HTML and in the autoresponse have the URL to auto login customers to view their tickets,

I have seen this on other Kayako installs but cant figure out how to do this,

This so that the users login name and password are embedded in the html link

You might want to look into the Autologin mod provided by SoftAir
