Hi I have installed esupport and it's working fine *however* my manager has now decided the path isn't correct and wants it changed from http://www.mydomain.com/support to Domain Names, Shared Web Hosting and Site Design Tools - MyDomain ![]() How do I go about doing this? I've already renamed the directory which doesn't work unfortunately. Thanks. |

For people who find this: Always remember to change the product URL first, then move the location of the help desk. The other way around will cause you massive head bashing! Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
