Changing a template to default one - 03-05-2007, 05:34 PM

Hello,

I have currently 2 templates .. one for the login share (support) and other is the default (sales) .. I am now thinking about removing the default one and change the login share template to be the default one so all who come via the login share either directly via the helpdesk can submit support tickets.

What steps should I follow ? and do I have to remove the current default one ? or I can just leave it and change the secondry to default ?

Thanks.
Mostafa

If you go into the Manage Templates section and into the loginshare / support one, just set "is default" to yes. This will make it the default template.

You can then disable / delete the current default / sales one.

Can be a configuration issue, you will need some one look into it to confirm if it is set correctly.
