I've had a ticket open with Kayako for sometime now and still the issue hasn't really been addressed expect "UPGRADE YOUR WINAPP CLIENT"... At this point, I'm getting fustrated with Kayako. So far I haven't had any reply from my last response from Kayako. Why is it so hard to try to help fix a client's issue. I've been very patient, almost 4 weeks actually. |
