Chat issue on 3.30 and 3.20 - Kayako

Hi,

I have been reporting this issue for months now and upgrading to 3.30 did not fix it.

I am wondering if anyone else here has the same issue:

Lets say a user is requesting a chat, he will be waiting for about 5 minutes and only then the alert will show that there is a pending chat.
Then even if you would accept the chat, the user will be left hanging and it will not show to him that agent has joined and on the chat transcript it will show 0s.
It happends with few chats and not the other.

Anyone else faces the same issue, any advise on how to resolve it?

Have you modified any templates? If so, have you tried restoring them back to default?
