The code hasn't changed since V3 was launched. Got a link to the site where you have the code so I can take a look?

Try and regenerate the tag code, and reapply it to your page(s). A small change occurred to prevent problems when using multiple tags on one page.

HTML Button Code - 28-10-2008, 04:23 AM

After upgrading to 3.30.02 our HTML Button Code image links no longer work. Clicking on the "Live Support Online" button results in nothing. We've tested in IE and FireFox.

Tried the suggestion above to regenerate the JavaScript code and update pages but to no good effect.

Here's an example: AlpineWeb Design - Home Page

Any one?

Cheers,
Uwe Schneider

I have the same problem, over at FusedHosting.net - Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Proxy Hosting

I just replaced the code to no avail.

FireFox error console is saying;

"Error: startChat is not defined
Source File: javascript:startChat('0');
Line: 1"

Problem solved. It turned out to be a corrupted "chatimage" template.

Thanks for the suggestions.
