Hi, Wondering if anyone is using ChoiceMail One from http://www.digiportal.com/index.html and combined it with Kayako? My big issue is spam and choicemail seems to do an excellent job, I just cant figure out how to combine these two. Choicemail uses pop3 setting to download all emails and then cleans the emails with challenge response but it also deletes the mail from the server. How can I get the emails in Kayako after they make it to my outlook? should I auto forward? I am thinking there is probably some better and clean way. Its funny Digiportal website uses Kayako for support as well, and I would think they would want all the kayako users to buy their product by integrating it. Anyway, I would greatly apprecate any feedback and how to suggestions. Thanks Al |

Hi, If you are downloading mails from a POP3 server (when using Outlook) then you can simple configure a mail queue with the required settings. There are some excellent instructions on setting up POP3 based queues at http://manual.kayako.net. If you get stuck then you can contact our Services department at services AT kayako.com for further assistance.
