Clickable email in ticket to search for other tickets by same customer - 10-03-2008, 03:27 PM

We are using Esupport V 3. We need to find all tickets by a specific customer. Has anyone found a tweak that allows a link on the ticket page (or even make the customer's email clickable) that will search the datatabase for all tickets submitted by that email address?

Staff CP -> Tickets -> Search -> Advanced Search and use "Email Address" and "Contains".

thanks for the response. yes we use that now, but with 20 or 30 of these to do daily, having a hotlink inside the ticker would be great. We also use the history tab, but its a challenge to merge the tickets if there are a bunch from the same customer. We would pay to have a clickable link.

Oh yes, I agree. A way to go to the customers account using a link and in turn to view all their submitted tickets would be the best way to go.
