Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in /usr/home/support.reggi.ru/htdocs/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 168 This is the message my users get when they follow the link in the autorespond email by entering their email and password generated by system. What is the problem? |

Hi barlosbek, Do you have a license for support.reggi.ru? It could be a number of potential problems, and it will be difficult to diagnose one with a technician looking at your desk. -------------------------------------------------------------------
