Could someone help me figure out why our outbound client alerts are not working? I'm sure there is a setting I'm not aware of. All our internal alerts to our staff email addresses are working fine; new ticket alerts, updates, SMS alerts, etc. But our end users are not getting emails when they register or create tickets. I've toyed around endlessly in the Admin CP area, but seem to be lost. Thanks for any help! |

Try switching to SMTP under Admin CP > Settings. Check if that fixes the issue.
