Ticket sorting on Client Side - 13-03-2007, 08:11 PM

- Feature: ticket sorting in Support Center.

Do I have to revert my templates because I'm still not seeing this functionality.

Kayko sent me a template file "swift templates.xml" that, once imported and cache cleared, fixed the problem for me.

I had tried all the suggestion found within the forums with no luck.

Open a ticket with them if you haven't already.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.

Client Area View Tickets Order? - 18-03-2007, 10:21 PM

Hey,

I'm running v3.10.00 and all my clients when they view their tickets via the front end, the way the tickets are organized are all messed up.

Open tickets/On Hold tickets are at the top. However any closed tickets are just scattered, stop at the bottom and some just in the middle.

I always thought thought that tickets are viewed from the last active at top to the least active at the bottom? I'm I missing a button or how would one do this?

When will client ticket searching be added? It seems just like one of those most basic features that it is amazing it isn't already added. Why have ticket sorting without searching?

I just installed the latest version of Kayako and it truly AMAZES ME that Kayako STILL have not implemented the ability for customers to filter the ticket view list.

Kayako support staff assured me that it was coming "VERY SHORTLY" but that was 10 months ago. I have an e-mail dated August 2007 PROMISING that it would be in the next release. It's not. They're full of ****.

My annual Kayako subscription is about to expire and I am not going to be renewing it. I urge everyone else to do the same.

The billing report module does not exist either. They promised that it would be available in October 2006. It is now April 2007.

Kayako just do NOT CARE about customers after they get paid. They have the worst technical support of any product I've ever purchased. That is no exaggeration. They are truly TERRIBLE.

I give up.

The billing reports module and client-side ticket searching are features that are yet to be implemented. You will be updated as and when they arrive.
