Hey, I'm running v3.10.00 and all my clients when they view their tickets via the front end, the way the tickets are organized are all messed up. Open tickets/On Hold tickets are at the top. However any closed tickets are just scattered, stop at the bottom and some just in the middle. I always thought thought that tickets are viewed from the last active at top to the least active at the bottom? I'm I missing a button or how would one do this?
