Client Control Panel - 14-09-2006, 03:26 PM

I know there is several bugreports regarding the client controlpanel.
It's very urgent that this function is implemented asap. because we work with a few users that add tickets and they are managers under their templategroups and they have about 200 tickets now and that is hard to work with. they need to be able to filter and search tickets and arange newest and oldest and so on.

Any news about this?

I havent seen anything on this for a while now. Can anyone confirm that this is on its way this year? We are about to upgrade to a newer version than .80 but want to know if I should wait for this before.

Please, someone, anyone, bring me some light regarding this. I have users that have more than 300 tickets now and they cant keep track on them and that was part of the idea when we decided to use supportsuite.

My users ask me every week now when this is coming. as said before in other threads we have users that have around 300 tickets. try to find one fast there...

Hello,

If most of tickets are closed, it may be suitable to display only non closed tickets by customizing the ticketlist template (I competelly changed the template in 3.00.90 because I wanted the current staff member working on a ticket to be displayed).

The side effct is that pagination will be odd, especially if very old tickets are still open. It's probably suitable if only most recent tickets are open.

Mahesh is already working on getting the filter & sort options implemented. I am not sure if it will make into the upcoming Stable build but it should be out pretty soon.
