Client Support Ticket View and Search - 31-10-2008, 02:07 PM

I have read in several threads that this feature is coming in V4. When can I expect this to be available for the hosted version? I have customers that are asking us to change software because of the lack of functionality on the client interface.

V4 will be available to you (a hosted customer) almost as soon as V4 is made available to everyone else. We don't have an ETA for Version 4 at present, though.

Any estimates??? Weeks, months, etc... It would really help to be able to give my custmers something...

If we had, we'd give them As I said, we don't have any estimates. As soon as we get some, we'll give them - it is not in our interest to withhold this information.
