Hi, I'm hoping to setup LDAP login method for all the users of our ticket system but wondering how do you assign some users to certain groups and others to different groups so that specific users get a different template group(different options and setup). I was originally hoping to set some users up using the Loginshare method and manually create those logins as they's are less than 20(back office users who need more options) and the average user to use the LDAP method and receive the very basic ticketing system but I've been told this isnt possible. Any ideas welcome, thanks, paddy |
