Client views are not workable - 27-09-2006, 06:48 PM

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. We have the same clients that we deal with on a day to day basis. From the end user perspective the clients are getting annoyed that there is no search criteria for them and that they must have ALL their tickets (instead of just ones that aren't closed) in their view. I have updated the client view to have the newest tickets at the top and then to show all tickets on one page. However, they still get pretty annoyed.

I do not want to delete their closed tickets out of the system as I want the history there. However, I want them to only see their active tickets from the client perspective.

Any suggestions?

This is the biggest single floor in SupportSuite for me.
I have customers logging hundreds of tickets per year and they can't easily monitor anything. Id like to see a feature where the custmer has drop downs or a tree structure (as is the Staff CP) to filter their tickets.
