ClientExec LoginShare Problem - 2 Days, no Kayako Staff Response. - 04-12-2005, 08:38 PM

Im using ClientExec loginshare:

version:3.0.0.26

ok here is the deal, they can login the firs time, it logs them in even though it still says: Invalid Username or Password but it creates them a user in kayako, after that, they can't login, but if you delete the new user in kayako, they can login agian.

What is causing this? Can I fix it or are the fine people at Kayako going to fix it?

Hello,

I am Craig Brass and one of my developers made this LoginShare. The problem you are experiancing is NOT with the ClientExec LoginShare in particular, it is a cookie error generally with the LoginShare system. I have reported this to Varun and it is going to be fixed soon.

Best Regards,
Craig Brass

Thumbs down Why can't I get an answer about ClientExec - 10-12-2005, 05:31 AM

I'm trying to figure out from a Kayako staff member when ClientExec loginshare will be fixed, I am basically paying for something right now I'm not really using due to this. Could I pretty please get an answer?

It is NOT a problem with the ClientExec loginshare, it is a problem with LoginShare in general as I explained in your last topic. I would also like this problem to be fixed tho.
