I know what you said craig, but I would like to get word for Kayako that they are at least aware of it and a timeline.

integrahost,

I have merged your old post into this one. Please be patient in waiting for a response. As Craig said, there is nothing wrong with the LoginShare. Also, posting new threads all the time about the same issues, or bumping your threads is not going to get you any faster a response. Please wait patiently.

This is all I needed, I know now that you know of this issue. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I don't see the bug in the roadmap, shouldn't it be added?

Hello,

1. Please upgrade to the latest version of Kayako (3.00.29).
2. Please check your DB details for the ClientExec database in the LoginShare area.
3. Make sure that template group is configured for the ClientExec loginshare.

If all that fails, please post back and I will take a look manually at your installation of Kayako if you like.

Best Regards,
Craig Brass

I still have this issue, they can login once, kayako creates a user, after that they can't login anymore.
I've checked the above info btw, and it works, otherwise they wouldn't be able to login the first time, right?

Running 3.00.31

Craig,

I'm wondering, don't you have this problem yourself?
Seeing as we experience the same thing as integrahost it would indicate it's not a isolated problem?

I do not use it personally, it's just I had a clientexec licence (don't ask me why lol) and decided to have it implemented.
