Hi, I'm trying to find out how to get kayako to handle clients who buy hours in bulk. Say a client buys 10 hours. Each time they raise a ticket, the time it takes for the ticket to be resolved is taken off their 'credit'. So if a case takes 30 mins, then they have 9 hours 30 mins left. Easy. Can Kayako handle this ? I'd need somewhere to enter the 'credit limit' of hours on a per-company basis and then be able to deduct a cases time from it's parent companys credit limit. Olly |
