Close a ticket from email?

Is there a way to respond to a ticket using email and tell the system to close it?

This way you dont have to logon later and close the ticket?

i dont think there is but that would be a wicked feature

you can do this by setting up rules in the mail parser. If I send a email to mine with the text CLOSEME it gets closed automagically.

Hi

I have looked through Insert New Rule option and i can see you can get it to trigger on the words 'CLOSEME' but no where says what to do with the ticket. i can see ignore reply etc.

But non say Close ticket contained in subject line etc.
