Closed Tickets going Overdue!!! - 03-01-2006, 01:06 PM

This is a really stupid bug!

When I close a ticket, the Due Date is still active and the ticket goes Overdue.

It's CLOSED! FINISHED. DONE.

Why the hell is it being marked as overdue?

Is this a reported bug?

When will it be fixed?

Hi Darren,
This is a known bug and will be fixed soon.

Let us know if there is anything else.

Any news on this. I often have clients reply 'Thanks' or 'Ok'. When I just close the ticket again, the are stil due. Annoying...

WE see this annoying behavior too. How about when it is in the ON HOLD queue, there is no due date. Let us choose if due dates are active by where they are in the system....a certain ticket status could just ignore the due dates and stop showing up on my dashboard.

Workaround: send a 'Forward' to yourself. This clears the Due Date without annoying clients. Corrected behaviour should result in clearing the Due Date when the status of a ticket is changed to Close.

When?

When Varun will be back to fix last bugs on back-end source code?

When bugs on main product (eSupport) will be consider more important than those on Kayako Mobile or Syncworks?

Hi,

Has this been fixed yet. It seems more of a bug then a feature request.... It is really annoying especially when you have these tickets marked with a different color and you want to sort overdue tickets that are not closed.

how about setting the Reset due time on status change for Closed to yes. Shouldn't that force a removal of SLA and due times?
