Here's the resolution. 1. Login to Admin section 2. Go to Options > Templates > Manage Groups (NOT Manage Templates) 3. Click on the 'Settings' link next to the group being used. The page that comes up is where you can edit the 'Company Name' field which is where the page titles come from. Regarding the removing of the Kayako info for private label systems, it seems that this does have to be done at the template level. |
