Media Temple's grid-servers seem like a good deal. But the technology is a little different from normal shared servers. Will Kayako's software work on it? |

As long as their servers meet the Kayako software requirements, it should not be a problem. It would be a good idea to have it confirmed from them instead posting it in the Kayako forums.
