What versions of the core php application (shown on the staff / admin login pages) and the windows application (help -> about) are you running? Also, have you tried going Admin CP -> Settings and setting "Compress Desktop Application Output" to "No". Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Sorry, I totally misread. /mobile/ is an API for the mobile application to access. You should use /pda/. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Try going into the settings area again and setting compress to no for PDA and then try going to /pda/ Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
