compression error on /mobile/

Hi all,

if I start the mobile version (for staff members) at /mobile/ i get the following error:

compressed;4a5df112ba705a3a9f0f4abb0942820a;6bb61e 3b7bce0931da574d19d1d82c88;10;2;x^Ó5����_

I tried with Firefox, IE7 and Safari on my mobile, any ideas?

What versions of the core php application (shown on the staff / admin login pages) and the windows application (help -> about) are you running?

Also, have you tried going Admin CP -> Settings and setting "Compress Desktop Application Output" to "No".

i switched to "no" now it shows:

uncompressed;0;6bb61e3b7bce0931da574d19d1d82c88;0; 2;-1

i use:
Version: 3.11.01 Build Type: STABLE Build Date: 06 Aug 2007 08:45:26 PM

SupportSuite 3.1.1.36 STABLE

Sorry, I totally misread. /mobile/ is an API for the mobile application to access. You should use /pda/.

ok i checked this option too, then comes:

Try going into the settings area again and setting compress to no for PDA and then try going to /pda/
