configuration file that can directly import rows in to kayakomysql datbase

Hi folks,
I have on kayako test server and one production server.We first write all sla plans escalations in test server before directly implementing them to production.
Is there any configuration file useful to create SLA, Escalations into mysql database of production server.We get the configuration file from test server like the configuration file might be an XML. Any way to add extra SLA etc from test server to Production server without manually using sql statements or manually writing all SLA Plans in PROduction server
Please Help
