Configuring colors, Icons, branding

Hello everybody...I have scoured the documentation and found nothing and of course, asking the staff of Kayako has proven worthless as they don't seem too interested in replying to submitted tickets (as usual...the irony kills me...a company that makes support software that is incapable of providing timely support...that's rich)

Anyhow...can anyone help me with the following issue?

I need to edit the look of Kayako, such as changing colors and logos. In a threaad on the forums Varun Shoor made reference to a document with this information. He (again, as usual) has not responded to my requests to get a link to download this information.
Here is what I want to achieve, maybe someone on the forums can point me in the direction I need to be going in order to achieve it:
On the Customer Support Center page I want to replace the "eSupport" logo with my companies logo.
Additionallly on the Customer Support Center page I want to replace the white background with Charcoal Grey and the Blue UI components to Red, and the text to White. I would like these changes to be persistent throughout the ticketing system. Can this be done, and if so, is there any documentation that I might get my hands on to help me with this

Maybe that will help with the logo change.
I can't help with the colours issue.
