I noticed in my member area that i can upgrade my yearly leased eSupport to Support Suite for only $83.00 which is obviously a considerable discount. What i would like to know is if i did upgrade for that price, when its renewal time would i pay the same price that i paid or would i have to pay the full price? Many thanks in advance  |

When you upgrade your software from eSupport to SupportSuite, note your expiry date does not change. It remains the same. On expiry you will have to pay the full SupportSuite price if you wish to renew it.
