Exclamation Connecting to Support Center from same gateway (same IP) - 21-09-2006, 06:25 PM

Can someone please confirm that 2 users using the same gateway can't log in to the support center at the same time?
I even tried logging in to Kayako's support center (support.kayako.net) from 2 different computers inside the company, and when the second user logs in, the first one get disconnected.

We have never come across any such issue. Are both the users using the same login info?

No.
We are using 2 different logins.
I tried going through the proxy or directly to the internet and same error.
As soon as the 2nd user logs in to support.kayako.net, the 1st one gets disconnected.

have you tried turning off the duplicate IP check switch listed in the other thread (even though it is not the same login)?

yes I have.
there is a doc in the knowledgebase asking to change something in MySQL. Tried that and still same error.
the weird thing is that I can reproduce that error from home using my laptop and my desktop PC with 2 different users connecting to support.kayako.net .
Can anyone try that?

we have 50+ people here in the office all with the same IP and they all connect fine without any issues.
