Constant duplicate messages - 12-08-2006, 08:24 PM

Within the last week we have started receiving messages to our ticket queue over and over again every few minutes. It seems that the system is downloading the pop mail but not deleting or marking it read on the server. How do I get this to stop?

We use the hosted version.

Hello?? This problem has turned into us receiving over 100 messages a day that are all duplicates and we have heard from a customer that they are receiving autoresponders about each duplicate of the message they sent.

How do we get this to stop????

I have the exact same problem. System keeps on issuing new ticket ID's to the same problem. Anyone have a solution?

Okay, I looked at previous tickets and can't find anything that applies. Each staff member has a different address than the mail queue and we don't have any kind of verification on like Earthlink's spam blocker.
