We're mulling around some ideas for the new SyncWorks module and we'd like to get a feel for who is using what to manage their contacts on the PC side. Please leave feedback. -------------------------------------------------------------------

It would be very helpful to me personally if people would start telling me in private what they believed CRM meant, and what parts of it were interesting to them. I've gotten a lot of conflicting viewpoints and definitions, and having a clear view of what people take from this term will help me understand what's missing from our current system and whether the new Teamwork module can address some of them. The reason I want these explanations in private is to prevent group agreement - it's human nature to let details get lost in concurring with the crowd. It is very important to me that answers to this question do not appear in this thread please. Thanks. ![]() -------------------------------------------------------------------

I use Outlook (2007) connected to Exchange (2003). Big advantage for me is that it integrates to my nr.1 comm. channel (email), works everywhere (on phone, webaccess, pc) and contacts can easily be shared with other members of the company. What I am missing is a way to connect all email communication (of all employees) to the same client, as well of adding notes, documents, etc. This can be done with Microsofts CRM, tried it, but turned out to be a pain in the ***.
