Hello, I just setup my Kayako eSupport, so far everything is working fine until i turn on the outgoing mail in HTML format. Now all my replies are shown in 1 line when i reply the ticket. I have found a thread which have same problems as mine. (Outgoing HTML Emails Need Staff To Code HTML in Tickets?) . Not sure whether i have configured it wrongly, or this is a bug that has not been solved since 3.04.10 (I hope it is not! ) Can someone in the forum guide me how to solve this issue? I'm using version 3.11.01.Thank you. |
