contents all in one line when set outgoing mail in HTML - 27-09-2007, 01:03 AM

Hello,

I just setup my Kayako eSupport, so far everything is working fine until i turn on the outgoing mail in HTML format.

Now all my replies are shown in 1 line when i reply the ticket. I have found a thread which have same problems as mine. (Outgoing HTML Emails Need Staff To Code HTML in Tickets?) .

Not sure whether i have configured it wrongly, or this is a bug that has not been solved since 3.04.10 (I hope it is not! ) Can someone in the forum guide me how to solve this issue? I'm using version 3.11.01.

I think it has been fixed since then but even so, I still recommend you upgrade as lots more bugs have been fixed since that version.

Oh right. I misread. Try emailing Mahesh for the patch as instructed in the post you linked to. Maybe it was never committed to the CVS server.
