Is that possible that I set some how when an email related to invoices
come to kayako it is piped into whmcs?

in a way that kayako does not create tickets ony forward that to whmcs
whmcs then creates ticket and send auto respond to the client

make it simple

I want a department in my kayako about sale where people submit their tickets but it is only for show and it is connected to whmcs

You could set up an e-mail parser rule to forward the e-mail on if it contains the keyword "Invoice" (etc.), and to then ignore the e-mail (not parse it into a ticket).

what about making a department ? the emails coming through that department is forwarded without the need for mentioning words?

I tried making department but does not work
making set of words as rule does not help much because it might not
filter the right ticket

I have instructed my users to send billing support to my whmcs
that is better for me because it is accessible with all their account info

but still some people send it to support department.

I can put a link there but it does not look nice

any Idea?
