Hi All, I have tickets being created, from a specific user, call it ab@ab.com Now the email being sent to us is from an automated service, and that automated service bounces our ticket creation email. Is there a way of stopping that ticket creation email being sent? If not, can this be added as a "Feature" for the next release?
