Is it possible for the STAFF to create a ticket remotely with a customers e-mail address? i.e. staff name joe needs to generate a ticket in Kayako under the customers e-mail: somecustomer@somecustomer.com with subject: something important and then a message in the body. It is actually an automated system we are trying to build to create tickets, but as there isn't an API, I'm not sure how to go about doing this. Thoughts? |

Most spam control software would catch and discard spam originating from a mail server with no rDNS for your sender's FQDN. This sort of approach will cause problems for you in the long run. -------------------------------------------------------------------
