Created a custom field with company name - 07-03-2006, 07:47 PM

We created a custom field so that it's viewable when looking at tickets. Is there any way to be able to click on this field and sort is such as you can subject, ticket id, etc?

At least we can see the company that the ticket is attributed to now but it would be nice to be able to sort it.

If I remember correctly you can add any number of custom fields under your Ticket View, Have a look under Staff CP > Tickets > Manage > Views > Edit.

You can add custom fields under the ticket view, but you can't make the view sort by a custom field, unless someone knows a secret. I would love to be able to it, anyone have any ideas?

You can create an additional filter where you can select to show only ticket with a specific criteria.

True, but it would be nice to have a 'quick-n-easy' sort as are the premade fields.
