creating a new ticket through supportsuite is blank - Kayako

Hi when i login to support suite through the browser and then i submit a ticket by clicking on new ticket->department. i fill out the form and i enter my e-mail address for "User E-mail Address". I hit send then I receive a blank e-mail.

How can i make it so it will send me the e-mail with the body?

This is for the client side or when you try and create from the Staff CP? Also which version of Kayako are you using? Make sure your server meets all Kayako requirements.

this happens when i create the ticket thorugh the browser as staff. All the other recipients receive the e-mail

Could be an issue with not having mbstring installed. See Creating a phpinfo() page and once you have created it, post a link to it here so we can take a look.
