Post Creating new tickets e-mail not working - 13-07-2006, 09:18 PM

For some reason if I create a new ticket from inside the staff kayako to be sent out to people with account information, status updates, etc. kayako seems to randomly not send out the e-mails. It always did in the past. Sometimes, however, people submit tickets asking for information that was sent out to them the day before which leads me to believe it isn't always sending out the e-mails.

Any thoughts on this?
