Ok I have a interesting hypothetical issue,
Lets just say that you are a internet service provider and you have lost access to half of your network because of a router issue.
This being the case, half of your users cannot log in.
Instead of creating a ticket for each user informing them off the loss, can you create one ticket that involves multiple users. This is so when you update the ticket, it will send updates to everyone (and they can view them in the Support Center under their individual account).
The sticking point is that the users really shouldn't see each other as a recipient.
I figured that BCC would be the way to go, but i am unsure (That and what do you put in as the Primary Recipient?)
Basically, I would like this to happen:
- Create ONE ticket
- Send an email to each of the users email (without displaying everyones email)
- Grants access to the user to view the ticket in the Support Center.
Is this possible?
