It might be something silly i haven't setup. I observed tickets are not being created when there is a CC e-mail in the support request. I know the cron job is running atleast every hour, but the ticket is not getting created even after the job ran. Did i do something wrong? forgot to setup something? example: To:support@abc.com --> This e-mail is configured in e-mail parser CC:me@abc.com --> this is not configured |
