| critical language errors -

i am very surprised this issue has never brought up in this forum;
from the recent testing i have with SUpport Suite, which I bought only a week ago..I have found this critical language error. This is so important, that means if this problem can't be fixed, then I will not even use that to public.
I need them in traditional chinese verision, and make the SupportSuite fully worked in my own langauge, including reading and writing.
There are currently two language version in my helpdesk, but in my area, nearly 100% use Traditianal Chinese version.
Reading has NO errors in Chinese, but Writing has cause some critical errors;
for example, if a client create a ticket and WRITE IN CHINESE through my helpdesk in Chinese, he will receive a ticket that contain errors with unrecognized characters in EMAIL SENDER(IN CHINESE), EMAIL TITLE(IN CHINESE), and EMAIL CONTENT(IN CHINESE);
the same problem also will happen for my client, if he request for a "lost password", he will also receive a email that contains unrecognized character in Email TITLE..
and if this can't be fixed, then kayako can't say your software is ready to work in any languages.
or this is just my early concern , for those who had experiences in this, please don't hesistate to share me with your experiences. thanks so much!! |
