I asked this question of Varun after he said that: http://your.domain.com/support/cron/?_t=parser was the correct cron to use. I asked him if this is the only cron task available or are there others that we need to be using to handle tasks like autoclose and cleanup. He never answered me back after that, so I am assuming that they do not have any other working cron task's in place except for the mail parser.
