Do we need two cron jobs setup to run the scheduled tasks i.e. http://domain.com/esupport/cron/index.php and a second cron running the parser switch? i.e. http://domain.com/esupport/cron/index.php?_t=parser ????????? |

You can run the first one if you have Parser enabled in Admin CP -> Scheduled Tasks -> Manage Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

It's essentially a documentation bug, in that up until recently, the documentation didn't mention this, which led to a lot of incomplete setups. -------------------------------------------------------------------
