Why is it that when you create a custom radio feild that you are forced to set one as "selected." I would like to display a list of radio feilds but do not want one selected by default but it does not seem this is possible. Am I missing something?
Also, when I select "Staff and User Ticket Creation" as my type the custom feilds only show up under staff ticket creation and not under the support centre. Any reason why? Is this a bug?

Hi Mahesh, I sent you an email to bugs @ kayako . com befor I saw this thread. I am using the "one step ticket submission" mod provided by softair. Is this causing the issue? If so, is there no way around this or do I have to just create feilds for staff and user seperately. It does work if I create them seperately just not when I use the "staff and user ticket creation" feild.
