When I create custom feilds for the staff ticket creation, they show up at the bottom of the "submit ticket" view instead of up towards the top above the "contents" box. Which template do I modify to get this to work and does anyone know of how to modify the code to do so? I'm not a coder so I dont want to screw it up. |
