Custom Field in 3.0.27

We have set custom fields (text and radio button) for some departments for tircket creation.
They appear well, but when you submit the form, it says "One of the required field(s) is empty" and it select in red only the custom fields.
There 's 2 problems: first, we set the custom fields to be optionnal. Second, even if we fill the required fiels, it doesn't work.

Do you have any clue ?

In fact, it seems there's a lot of problem with custom field.

i.e: a "Select" custom field do not show any selection (even if I filled in the option values).

Which version do you use ?

Even if it's not the same fields, it seems that custom fields are a bit buggy.
I'm a bit scare to move on an upper version.

I am having an identical problem. I am running v3.00.32.

I wound up deleting all the fields and groups and recreating them again. It now works (so far). My Microsoft troubleshooting approach works again.

usually just opening up the Group AND Fields for the form and simply saving them again will solve most problems. Also I believe if you overlap any Group Display Order 1 of them will not display.
